Privacy Policy

Data collected

We only collect the information you give us voluntarily, and only what's actually useful:

• Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
• Booking or quote request: name, email, phone number, date and the nature of your request (table, dîner-spectacle, private hire, event).
• Technical data: browsing information set by audience-measurement tools (see the Cookies section).

Table booking and show ticketing are handled by our partners (Zenchef for tables, Fever for ticketing): the data you enter on their platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

Purposes

Your data is used only to:

• reply to your messages and information requests;
• process and confirm your bookings, quotes and private-hire requests;
• manage the customer relationship and make sure your visit runs smoothly;
• measure site traffic in order to improve it.

None of your data is ever sold or handed over to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on:

• your consent, when you fill in a form or accept audience-measurement cookies;
• the performance of pre-contractual steps, to process a booking or a quote request;
• our legitimate interest, to keep the site running properly and securely.

Retention period

We only keep your data for as long as needed:

• contact messages and requests: up to 3 years after the last exchange;
• booking and private-hire data: up to 3 years from the service, for customer-relationship purposes;
• audience-measurement data: no more than 13 months, in line with the CNIL's recommendations.

Cookies & audience measurement

The site uses the Google Tag Manager tag manager to set audience-measurement cookies, with your consent. They help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are exempt from consent. For the others, you can accept, refuse or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie banner, or by adjusting your browser settings directly.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. You can also request that we restrict or port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@kidology.fr setting out your request. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. If an answer doesn't satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
